1. I thought this book was really good. It’s so much more than a 1 month vegan challenge. It comes with 3 other bonus books that offers valuable information that isn't found in any other vegan recipe book I've bought. I really enjoyed reading the guide on Macronutrients and How to deal with social challenges. Oh and the recipe book is definitely my favourite, which makes it easy to stick to the vegan challenge even after 30 days.  I highly recommend this book to anybody thinking of transitioning to a vegan diet.
